If you’ve never tried your hand at Crossfit before, it can be intimidating. Our goal is to make you feel as prepared as possible for every experience inside of our gym. Our Crossfit classes are structured to make the very most of your time in the gym. Our certified coaches begin each class with a structured warm up followed by a descriptive, step-by-step guide to our programming for the day. We integrate Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and interval training to bring you a constantly varied, highly functional workout routine with measurable results. Our goal is always to create a fun, exciting, and safe environment for our members to not only reach their fitness goals, but to enjoy the support and encouragement of our community as well. Regardless of age, skill level, knowledge of Crossfit, or athleticism, we can help you get a great workout with the results you want.
We all exercise for one main reason which is to improve daily function. If there is one thing we are sure of at Beyond Parallel, it’s that there is plenty of function in CrossFit. CrossFit covers all aspects of fitness in a 5 days a week, 1 hour a day program. CrossFit will help build strength, burn fat, increase range of motion and improve overall athleticism through weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics in a constantly varied program. If your goal is to improve your quality of life outside of the gym, then CrossFit is the program for you.
